Launch a test - single

This section will guide you through launching a single test.

1

From the side toolbar, select 'Training' and then 'Test'.

2

Next, either scroll or search for the test you wish to administer. To run the test for just one candidate, click 'single test'.

3

Enter the Candidates airport ID then select 'login' to launch the test.

Launch a test - multiple

This section will guide you through launching multiple tests.

In order for this section to work, users need to be on the same network.

1

From the side toolbar, select 'Training' and then 'Test'.

2

Next, either scroll or search for the test you wish to administer. To run the test for multiple candidates, click 'Multi-test'.

3

A pop-up window will now appear with the instructions for the trainer to inform the candidates to navigate to a web address and enter in the multi-code.

Note: the code will expire within 5 minutes.

4

Finally, you should enter the 'code', your 'Airport ID' and then select 'login' to sit your test.

Change a test result

This section will guide you through how you can change a test result.  To be able to change a test result, you will need to have been assigned as an Assessor.

1

Click 'Assessor Login' and enter the password of the Assessor who commenced this test.

2

Next, click 'Edit results', enter the amended test result and add notes then click 'Submit'.

3

Alternatively, an Assessor may amend an online test score from within the candidate's profile. To do so, navigate to the candidate's Qualifications tab.

4

In the Qualifications tab, find the relevant course and select the 'View' button next to the test result.

5

Now, the test result screen will appear. Select the blue button 'Update test information'.

6

The test score can be updated in the pop-up box and notes or documentation can be added. Click 'Submit' when done.
