Companies that are exempt from payment

Airport Administrators can set a company to non-charging. This means a company can book courses and eLearning without incurring a fee. An Airport Administrator can also choose exempt payment from selected training providers, courses or eLearning.

Navigate to Company Settings, then click on the 'Finance' tab.

Scroll down the page, turn on 'Non-Charging'.

In the Training providers field either choose a specific provider or select 'All'. By selecting 'All', the company will be exempt from payment for all training providers and their courses/eLearning.

To restrict payment exemption, choose a training provider, then the assessment or eLearning you wish to exempt payment

Remember to click the save icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
