Add Assessor permissions for specific assessments
Airport administrators or Super Users can edit a user's permissions. If you need to request a change to your permissions or your employees' permissions, please click here - Request user permissions in Passport.
An Assessor and Assessor Manager need to be granted access to specific assessments to be able to run specific tests, manage test question and manage assessment criteria.
From within the profile, click 'Edit details'. This will open a new page.
Within the 'Edit Details' page, click on the 'Access rights' tab. In the Current permissions section, click Manage role.
Select the Training company of which the Assessor will be running tests/managing the specific assessment. Then click 'Add'.
A pop-up window will appear, select the assessment and the date the permissions will expire for this assessment. Select what the assessor is able to do for this assessment (manage bookings, generate permits, read/add/edit/delete questions), then click 'Add Assessment".
