Resolve a vehicle defect

When an approved airport admin submits a vehicle defect, an email will be sent to the company who owns the vehicle. 

Either click the link in the email to be taken directly to the vehicle defect, or from the Fleet dashboard, in the Warnings box, click Review.

Click Corrective actions, select the time and date the correction was made and enter a Description to explain what correction was made

If required, either drop files or click browse to upload files to the defect record. Then accept the Disclaimer and click Confirm defect resolution.

An email is sent to the Airport notifying them that the defect has been resolved.
