Launch an Airport Application
The Airport Application is a set of criteria in which an airport will check before approving your operation at their airport. Please Note: where AIRDAT is used for vehicle permitting, the airport application must be completed prior to submitting any vehicle permit applications.

Launch an Airport Application
This section will guide you through launching an Airport application.

After completing the initial registration steps ( Register an account in Onboard) and creating a new company (Create a new company in Onboard), once logged into your dashboard, navigate to the side panel and select 'Application'.

Choose the 'Available' Airport Application that you wish to complete and click Begin new application.

You will also be able to see the applications that are 'Active' as well and the progress made against each one.

Milestones/Stages can be completed in any order. Click 'View' for each milestone and complete all the required fields.

If all milestones have been completed, all tabs at the top of the next page will be green.

If an application, is still in progress, click 'In progress' and complete all of the milestones. Please note that at some airports there may be a charge.
Click 'View' and then complete the milestones that need attention.
It is important to 'Save' each stage as you work through the application.
