Unlinking Passport account from Flightpath
Airport Administrators and Super User's can now unlink Passport accounts from previously linked Flightpath accounts. This is only required if there was an issue with the eLearning account or if it was linked incorrectly.
If you log in to your Perth Passport account and go to the 'People' button on the left-hand toolbar.
Then search for the candidate you wish to unlink. Click on 'View'.
Then click on 'Edit details'.
Then head to 'Credentials' and 'Unlink'. Don't forget to save your changes after you have selected Unlink.
After you have unlinked the account's, the candidate will be prompted to link to Flightpath again when next syncing or launching a course.
