Accepting/rejecting Landside Operator Licence applications and vehicle permit applications

An Airport Approver can log into Onboard and accept or reject Landside Operator Licence applications and Vehicle Permit applications.

Accepting Landside Operators Licence applications

Log in to your Onboard account. From the Dashboard, you will be able to see all your applications and under 'Applications to review' you will see how many are waiting for your review.

Click 'See all'.

When the screen refreshes to show the Applications page, select the Filter button.

A pop-up box will appear on-screen. In the Application type field, choose 'Landside Operators Licence' from the drop-down menu. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up box to Filter results. 

Select 'View' under the relevant application in the search results. 

When the page refreshes, click the 'View' button within the Terms & Conditions milestone to review the application.

Review the application and select 'Modify' to amend its status. 

If you are happy with the application, select 'Accept'. If you are not happy with the application, please write a comment for the applicant to see and select 'Reject'. This will send the applicant an email to say their application has been rejected and provide them with your comment explaining why. The applicant will then have the chance to resubmit.

Accepting Vehicle Permit applications

Log in and select 'Fleet' on the left-hand toolbar. All the permits you need to review will be under 'Permits to review'. Select 'Review' to start reviewing the permit application.

Review the application and once you are ready to make a decision, select 'Modify'.

If you are happy with the permit application select 'Accept'. If you are not happy with the permit application, please write a comment for the applicant to see and select 'Reject'. This will send the applicant an email to say their permit application has been rejected and provide them with your comment explaining why. The applicant will then have the chance to resubmit.
