How to issue a point using the app
After logging in to the App and scanning/searching for a user (article here), tap Action at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Point.
Please note that you will only see this option if you have been granted with Points Administrator permissions.
The Penalty field is linked to all of the penalties available for issue at the airport. Tap in the Penalty field and use a keyword in the penalty you want to issue, such as Speed. Tap the penalty you want to issue and the points scheme and number of points will automatically populate. Tap Next.
The app will automatically input the current time and date. If this is not correct, tap in the fields and select the correct time/date.
Here you can also upload images from your device to add evidence to the penalty. Tap Next.
Either allow the device to detect the current location or choose the location of the incident by tapping the screen once with one finger. Tap Next.
Finally, you may choose to add a reference and/or notes to the penalty. Please note that the reference and notes are visible to the offender and their company administrator. Tap Submit.
The point is added to the offenders' profile and an email notification is sent to both the offender and their company administrator.
