Vehicle Permit Reports and Airport Application Reports

To be able to administer 'vehicle permit reports', you will need to be either an 'Airport Vehicle Approver' or 'Superuser'. Reports are readily available in graphs or downloadable as excel spreadsheets. 


Vehicle Permit Reports

Once logged into to 'Onboard', from the left hand side of your dashboard, select 'reports'.

Now, again select 'fleet' from the left hand side menu.

Next, scroll down to 'permit report' or alternatively use the 'search bar' at the top of the page.

Permit report produces a list of vehicle permits valid within a certain period, including the following details company, vehicle ID (registration/asset number), make/model and more.

Once the details to any filters you require have been added, select 'generate report'.

By selecting 'generate report', you will now have your report generated as an excel spreadsheet, similar to below.


Airport Application Report

Airport Approvers and Superusers have access to Airport Application reports which are all downloadable as excel spreadsheets.

To access reports, click 'Reports' on the left-hand side navigation menu of your dashboard, then choose from the reports available.

Then select 'Application'.

You will now see these options:

Company and Milestone' - report showing application licence milestone statuses for companies at the airport.

'Application Holders' - report showing valid application holders and their milestone statuses.

'Application Tracker' - report showing milestone, payment and overall licence statuses for each company.

'Application User' - report detailing primary users at companies with an application on the system.

'Application Holders by date' - produces a report showing application holders and their milestone statuses between a selected time period.

'Can't find the report that you are looking for' - ideas for new reports, not already listed.

Now, select the report that you require by clicking over it or on the arrow at the end of the row.

Finally, select the application you require by typing into the box and then select 'generate report'.

You will now be able to view the report as an 'excel' document.
