AOL Application

In this article, you will be shown how to complete an Airside Operators Licence (AOL) Application in 'Onboard'. Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL) aims to improve the safety and environmental performance of all organisations operating on the airfield. All organisations who wish to operate vehicles airside must be in possession of a valid Airside Operators Licence.

Once logged in to 'Onboard' (https://onboard-lgw.airdat.org/) (note, you will need to register before logging in if you have not registered already), from your Dashboard click 'New application', select 'Airside Operators Licence'.

Work your way through all of the Milestones, in any order to fully complete the Application. Once a Milestone is ready for review, submit the Milestone for review using the blue circular button on the bottom right hand side of each Milestone.

Once a Milestone has been approved you will be sent a confirmation email and the status of the Milestone will update.
