How to configure and conduct an advanced audit for Visa App users

This article will explain how you can configure an advanced audit using the Visa App.

How to configure an advanced audit

After logging in, tap 'QR Scanner' in the bottom right-hand corner. 

Then tap 'Advanced Audit'.

Next, click 'Configure Audit'.

Then search and select the assessments you want to include in the advanced audit. Then tap 'Done'.

The advanced audit is now configured and ready for you to search/scan users. Click 'continue' to move to this final step.

How to conduct an advanced audit

This article will explain how you you can configure an advanced audit using the Visa App.

After logging in, tap 'QR Scanner' in the bottom right-hand corner. 

Then tap 'Advanced Audit'.

Next, either configure a new audit (see above) or click 'use last audit selection'.

Then either use your device camera to scan the AIRDAT QR code printed on their licence or through their app. 

Or search for their name or airport ID by clicking 'search for a user' and then typing in the user name/ID.

The advanced audit will search that user's profile for those training qualifications and will show whether that user has attained that qualification and if so, whether the qualification is valid, expired or expiring.
