How to login and update my details in the Visa App

This article will explain how to login and how you can update your details using the Visa App.

How to login

Once you have downloaded the App, select the Airport which your account is registered at, enter your Airport ID and password. Then select 'login'.

You will then be taken straight into your dashboard.

How to update my details in the Visa App

After logging in to the VISA App, tap the 'cog' in the top right-hand corner.

You will now be taken to 'Account settings'. Select 'Personal details' and you will now be given options to 'update your photo, telephone number or email address

Once complete, remember to save your changes.
