Scan/Search for a Vehicle and Check Vehicle Permit Details

This article will give you an overview of how to check vehicle permit details and how to scan/search for a vehicle using the Visa App.

Scan/Search for a Vehicle

After logging in, tap 'QR scanner' in the bottom right-hand corner. 

Then tap 'scan fleet item.

Then either use your device camera to scan the AIRDAT QR code printed on the vehicle permit or search for the vehicle registration or asset number by tapping 'Search for a fleet item'.

Once, you have clicked on the fleet item, you will see it listed, with any permits, defects or impounds.

Check Vehicle Permit Details

After logging in to the App and scanning/searching for a vehicle, tap the vehicle permit you wish to review.

By clicking into the Permit, you will be able to view the status of your permit on the next screen.
