Android mobile devices - Google Play Store

Click the link above or search for Google Authenticator in the Google Play store and tap 'Install'.

Note - you will need to enable access to your mobile device camera to be able to scan QR codes.

1

When you first login to Passport, select 'edit' near the top right hand corner.

2

Next, select 'credentials' and then scroll down and click 'set up MFA'.

3

Now, launch an authenticator app on your mobile device and scan the QR code when prompted.

Now, type in the 6 digit code authentication code that has been generated.

4

You will then see a green notification to tell that you that MFA has been enabled.

If your QR codes need resetting at any point, you will need to contact us to go through some security questions.
