Navigate to your airport's AIRDAT log in page.

Enter your email address.

Click "Continue".

An "Action required" modal will pop up, follow the instructions provided.

Click "Dismiss".

Open your inbox and you'll see the "There is an issue with your account." email.

Click "Contact support".

It will redirect you to where you can contact our support team to help you regain access to your account.
