Click this number field and enter the 6 digit code that you are given. You will see a green success notification 'Authentication code confirmed', if this has been successful.

Should you need to deactivate, you can click on the tab 'Click "Deactivate authenticator" at anytime.

Click "Confirm". You will see a notification in green, 'Authenticator has been successfully deactivated', if this has been successful.
