How to register for an Onboard profile and start an application - STN

This guide provides a straightforward process for registering an Onboard profile and initiating an AOL or GHL application with AIRDAT at Stansted Airport.

Once you have registered for an AIRDAT account and verified your email address, and signed in, you will need to choose which system you require access to.

Onboard is the system that you need if you are required to start an Airside Operating Licence or Ground Handling Licence. If you are unsure which category you fall under, please speak to the airport directly.

Once you have located the correct application, click "Continue".

You will then be asked to complete your company details. To add you company name Click "Search for a company." if your company already exists in STN Onboard, your company name will appear when you start typing into the search box.

If you cannot find your company click "Can’t find your company?"

You will now be asked to add your company details. Please fill this in and select 'Continue'.

If your company already exists, the system will send the person listed as a 'primary user' in the system an 'access request' message. They will need to action this request before you are able to access the applications.

You will then be taken back to your Home page, and you will need to select Onboard.

Click "Begin application" on the application type that your require.

You will then have access to the 'milestones' within that appliation. You can view each milestone and complete and actions within that part of the application.

You can either save progress or save and submit if you have completed all required fields within that milestone. Click "Save".

Once the application has been submitted, the airport will review the information given and decide whether to 'accept' or 'reject'.

There are 'chat' functions in each milestone if you would like to ask any questions of the airport reviewer.
