This guide quickly walks you through managing personal data and security settings with simple, step-by-step advice in the App.

Firstly login to the Visa App app and then select the three lines in the top left-hand corner.

Next, select 'Personal details'.

You will now see the option to edit any of your contact information. After this has been amended remember to click 'Save'.

You will also see the option for 'Profile picture'. Here you can add or amend a profile picture by clicking 'Update photo'.

You will now be given a range of options to update or add a photo. Again once this has been done, remember to click 'Update photo' and the photo will be uploaded.

To update your email address, add the new email address into the box below and click 'Save'.

For Password change, scroll across and select 'Change Password'. You will now see the option to enter your current password and then add and confirm a new password. You will need to confirm this is at least 8 characters long and click 'Save'.

For airports that use Multifactor Authentication, scroll across further in 'Data and Security and select this option. Once you have scanned the QR code, a 6 digit code will be generated on Google Authenticator (please ensure that you have this App already downloaded'.

Enter the 6 digit code and the 6 squares at the bottom will turn green and you will now have access to your account.

To delete an account, scroll across all the way to the end of 'Data and Security' and select 'Delete Account'.
