Scan/Search for a User

This short article will show you how to scan or search for a user via the App. 🌐︎ Airdat |

Once logged in, select the three lines in the top left-hand corner.

Next, scroll down and under users select 'Scan'.

Once, you have selected scan, scan the QR code that you have in front of you.

The person's profile will now be visible.
Alternatively, to manually search for a user, click the three dots in the top left-hand corner.

Scroll down to 'Users' and select 'Search'.

Next, you can manually search for the user by typing into the search box below. You can search by name, email, Airport ID or company name.

Once the person is located, click next to their name.

Their profile will now appear, where you can view their 'Qualifications, 'Enrolments', Penalties' or 'Notes'.
