This guide shows a quick, step‑by‑step walkthrough for locating a vehicle or fleet item using the app’s scan/search feature. 🌐︎ Airdat |

Once logged in, tap the three lines in the top left-hand corner.

Next, scroll down to the fleet section and select 'Scan' if the fleet item has a QR code.
Or, you can manually search for the fleet item by selecting 'Search'.

Next, (if manually searching), type in the fleet item registration into the box below.

Next, click and select the relevant fleet item.

The fleet item will now appear with details of it's Permits, Defects and Impounds, making it easy to view all in one place.
