Impounding Fleet Items in the App

Once logged in, click the three lines in the top left-hand corner.

Next, scroll down to the 'Fleet' section and select 'Add Impound'.

You can now either scan the QR code of the fleet item.

Or, you can manually search by entering the registration number into the box below.

Once located, click the arrow next to the relevant fleet item.

You will now see 'Impound fleet items'. The fleet item, should now show as selected. Check the details carefully and then select 'Next'.

Now enter in the time and details and click on the map where the fleet item is located. Then click 'Next'.

Next, enter the full details for the Impound. Scroll down and fill in details for 'Reason', 'State', 'Notes and then select the relevant 'Impound Reporter. Once this has been checked, select 'Next'.

Finally, you will now see the option to upload any evidence, which can include files or images. Once added, select confirm.

The impounded fleet item will now show under 'Impounds'.
