How to issue a Vehicle Defect using the App

When you first login, select the three lines in the top left-hand corner.

Next scroll down to the fleet section and select 'Add defect'.

Once you have clicked this, you can now either scan the 'QR' code of the fleet item or manually search for it, Once located, click the arrow next to it.

You will now be taken to the 'Record a defect' page. You can now record the date/time and location. For location, choose the correct place on the map. Then scroll down and select 'Next'.

Next, you need to add in the details. You can select the 'Category' and 'State of the defect' by clicking into the box and a drop down list will appear.

You can then add in more details into the 'Description' section and then select the 'Defect Reporter' from the drop down list. Finally select 'Next'.

Next, you can add the 'Evidence' by uploading any photos or files. Simply select 'browse' or drag and drop in any evidence.

Finally, you can now 'Save' the fleet item.

Once the defect has been saved, an email notification will be sent to the company admin.
