Change a test result
An Assessor may choose to change a test result for a Candidate.
Click 'Assessor Login' and enter the password of the Assessor who commenced this test.
Click 'Edit results', enter the amended test result and add notes then click 'Submit'.
Alternatively, an Assessor may amend an online test score from within the candidate's profile. To do so, navigate to the candidate's Qualifications tab.
In the Qualifications tab, find the relevant course and select the 'View' button next to the test result.
The Test result screen will appear. Select the blue button 'Update test information'.
The test score can be updated in the pop-up box and notes or documentation can be added. Click 'Submit' when done.
