It is your right to get a copy of the information we hold on you, this is called a subject access request.
We are happy to provide you a copy of this information for free.
The information requested may include but is not limited to:
- Name
- Phone number
- Training qualifications
- Issued Points
- Notes
Please send your subject access request to help@airdat.org.
Please be aware that you are only entitled to the information on yourself, and you cannot make a subject access request on behalf of another person or request access to another person's information that we hold.
We will need to verify your identity and may do so by requesting photo identification. Please note that we will endeavour to process the request as soon as possible, however, this process may take up to 30 days. Whilst there is no charge associated with processing the request for personal data, should the request become excessive, unfounded or additional hard copies are required, AIRDAT reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee.
