Request to delete your data
You have the right to request that your information be permanently removed from AIRDAT systems.
This information may include but is not limited to:
- Name
- Phone number
- Training qualifications
- Issued Points
- Notes
Please note - for compliance with legal obligations, users with Points records, qualifications or bookings, or those that have created or edited another user's account information may not be removed from our systems entirely. For more information on this, please contact help@airdat.org
Please send your request to at help@airdat.org. We will need to verify your identity and may do so by requesting photo identification. Upon identify verification, we will archive your record for 7 days after which your personal data will be permanently erased from all our systems and any third party systems which may be have been previously used to provide your services (such as e-learning providers). In the event that your information cannot be removed, you will be contacted, detailing the information that could not be removed and why.
