Linking and Unlinking a Passport account to a new Litmos account

This article will show you how to link your Passport account to your Litmos account at Melbourne

1

Melbourne Airport uses Litmos as its eLearning provider.

An AIRDAT Passport account is initially linked to a users Litmos account when launching an eLearning course (how to enrol in an elearning course). This only occurs once and does not need to be done again.

2

Select  'Launch' and the Litmos login will appear (note: this will only appear if a Litmos account has not yet be associated with the Passport user).

3

Select  'Create New'.

Please be aware User ID for Litmos account must be at least 4 characters otherwise an error will appear when launching an eLearning course for the first time. A new Litmos account is automatically created and linked to your AIRDAT account. A new window will open to the eLearning course. Any training completed in Litmos will now reflect in on the users Passport account.

Unlinking a Passport account to a new Litmos account

1

Airport Administrators and Super User's can now unlink Passport accounts from previously linked Litmos accounts. This is only required if there was an issue with the eLearning account or if it was linked incorrectly.

If you log in to your Melbourne Airport's Passport System and click the ' People' button on the left-hand toolbar.

2

Then search for the candidate you wish to unlink. Click on ' View'.

3

Then click on ' Edit details'.

4

Then head to ' Credentials' and 'Unlink'. Don't forget to save your changes after you have selected 'Unlink'.

5

After you have unlinked the account's, the candidate will be prompted to link to Litmos again when next syncing or launching an elearning course.
