Linking Passport and Onboard accounts

Users with two accounts - one in Passport and one in Onboard - can log in to either system and easily switch to the other system when needed. This is known as ‘single sign-on’ via linked accounts.

Single sign-on makes it quicker for a user to access both AIRDAT systems with one login, saving them from having to log into each system separately every time.

Linking a user’s Passport and Onboard accounts is easy to do from either system. Simply log in to one of the systems and click on the drop-down arrow next to the system name in the top-left corner of the page.

Choose the system you’d like to switch to from the drop-down menu, and enter your log in details just the once to ‘Link systems’. Once linked, you will automatically be taken to your account in the other system.

There are two ways you can unlink your accounts.

It is possible to unlink a user’s Passport and Onboard accounts from either system.

To do this in Passport, click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the screen to ‘View profile’; then select the blue ‘Edit details’ button. From the Details tab, scroll down to the ‘Unlink accounts’ button. Then press save.

The process is similar in Onboard: click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the screen to ‘Edit profile’, and from the Details tab scroll down to the ‘Unlink accounts’ button. Then press save.

Alternatively, click on the drop-down arrow next to the system name in the top-left corner of the page and select 'Unlink systems'
