How to report on applied credits
Airport and Points Administrators can report on the number of credits that have been applied by selecting the Reports button in the vertical, left-hand menu and then selecting the Points button.
If you have both personal and company point schemes, you can select which type you'd like to report on here:
After clicking the Points button, select the Report tab and ensure the Type of points scheme is set to Personal. Then select Credits to generate a credit report.
Specify the date range of the report and search for a company or user. Then, choose how to view the report - either with Excel or on-screen. Select Generate report
