Billing Area

Passport’s billing area provides a full history of your purchases and any refunds you have received, displayed by payment type. Every transaction, be it a purchase or refund, generates a receipt in Passport which can be accessed at any time. It should be noted that payment methods available to users depend on the airport and their company settings. For example at UK airports most companies cannot pay by invoice.

1

To view your billing area, select your name in the top-right corner of your profile. Then select ‘Billing’ from the drop-down menu.

2

The Billing area contains four tabs: card wallet, card purchases, account purchases and credits purchases:

Card Wallet

1

When you book a training course and pay by card, the option to ‘save card for future purchases’ appears. If selected, the card details entered to confirm the booking will be securely saved in your card wallet, making future purchases quick and easy.

2

To edit any card details saved in your wallet, click the Edit button. To add a new payment card, select the ‘+ Add card’ option.

3
The card wallet feature is only available to users at airports that allow card payments.

Purchases by card, account or credits

1

To see a record of previous purchases or refunds by payment type, click on the billing area tab that describes the original method of payment used. Click ‘View’ next to the relevant transaction.

2

If you are searching for one transaction among several, the filter tool helps refine your search options.

3

There will be an option too, to view cancelled/refunded purchases.

Copies of receipts and invoices

1

To retrieve a copy of a receipt or refund, click on the tab in the billing area that describes the payment method used to make the original booking. Click ‘View…’ next to the relevant transaction. You can download and save a copy of the document by selecting ‘Export as a PDF’.

2

Some companies choose to pay an up-front fee to cover the cost of future bookings made by their staff. If you are an employee of a company that has ‘accounts credits’ loaded onto the system, click here Account Credits to find out more.
