Introduction to Course Candidates
As a trainer, you can manage the candidates attending your course. From your Dashboard, click the 'Training' icon and navigate to 'Courses' from the Navigation menu.
From here you can see a list of the courses that you can manage. Click 'Candidates' to manage the candidates booked onto a course.
Record Attendance
If all candidates that were booked on the course attended or were absent, you can quickly mark them all by clicking the checkbox at the top of the list (this will select all candidates from the list) and then click 'Confirm attendance' or 'Confirm absence'.
You'll be asked to confirm your choice with this window, click 'Yes' to confirm.
The list of candidates will now show the status of 'Attended' next to those you confirmed attendance for and 'Did not attend' for those you confirmed absence for.
At the end of the day these candidates and their company administrators will receive an email confirming if they were marked as absent. This email will contain a link for the candidate to quickly and easily rebook the course for a later date.
Bulk Add Practicals
As a Trainer you can bulk add your practicals too the system so that you don't have to add each course individually.
From your Dashboard, click the 'Training' icon and navigate to 'Courses' from the Navigation menu. Then in the bottom right click the plus sign and 'Add course'.
Fill out the first page and click 'Next'.
On this page is where you arrange the Schedule. Make sure to turn on 'Recurring booking' as shown below. Once completed click 'Next' and finish filling out the rest of the information.
Once completed click 'Save' the courses will then be added to the system as you created them.
Add a New Candidate
This section will guide you through adding a new candidate to a practical course.
Find the course you wish to add a candidate onto and click 'Candidates'.
This will take you to the candidates screen. Click 'Add candidates' and search for the user you would like to add to the course. *Please note* this is only available on courses that don't require documentation.
Click 'Add candidate' and this will then take you to the payment screen for you to confirm the booking. The user will then be added to the course.
Remove a Candidate
To remove a candidate you will need to visit the candidates section as shown in part 1 of 'Add a new Candidate'
On the right hand side there is a box next to each Candidate name. Select each person you'd like to remove and then above click 'remove' once you have clicked this you will get a confirmation message come up to make you you'd like to remove these people. Just confirm this and the users will be removed from the course.
Send email
To send an email to a candidate you will need to visit the candidates section as shown in part 1 of 'Add a new Candidate'
On the right hand side there is a box next to each Candidate name. Select each person you'd like to send an email to and above select 'Email'.
You will then get the below pop up. This is where you enter your email subject and the email you'd like to send. Once finished select 'Send' this will then go to all the users selected previously.
