Book A Course
If you want to book a course for yourself or another candidate, please see your options below.
1) A standard user may book themselves on training courses if their company allows it (some companies only allow administrators to book training).
2) Company Administrators may book themselves or any of the candidates in their company onto training.
3) Assessors may book themselves, their company or their previously-trained candidates onto courses.
4) Airport Administrators may book themselves and any other candidates in the system onto courses.
To book a course, navigate to "Train Me" from your Dashboard.You will then be asked to select a course. You can use the search box to find the course you need or click "view all" to see all available courses. Once you have found the course you need to book, click "Choose Course".Once you have selected a course, you need to choose the date and time of your enrolment. To do this, simply use the calendar on the left to find the available dates. Available dates are highlighted by a clear box. Select one of these dates, to view the available times on that day. Your selection is highlighted by a grey box.
Click on one of the available times on the right-hand side, and a blue tick will appear to confirm your choice. Once you have selected both a date and a time, click "Continue".
Depending on the course you are booking, you may be required to enter some additional information. If requested, please do so and once complete, click "Continue"
You will then be taken to your booking overview, where you can see all the useful information regarding your booking including the date and time, assessor contact details, meeting points and more. Please make sure that you save this information, you can always return to see this information later.
Once you have looked at your booking and confirmed it's all correct, click "Confirm Booking" to complete your booking.
Depending on your course, you may be asked to input payment details or a Purchase Order (PO). If you are asked for a Purchase Order, please ensure that your Company Administrator is aware of the Purchase Order you have given and that it is valid.
If you have any concerns regarding the payment of your course, please contact your Company Administrator or contact AIRDAT support.
The course information will be emailed to both the candidate and company administrator.
