How do I edit my personal information?

Log into your AIRDAT Passport profile and click on your name in the top right hand corner and 'View profile'.

 Then click 'Action' and 'Edit details'.

From the Edit details section you can begin to amend your profile.

Details

In the 'Details' section, you can do the following. Update your email address or contact number, you can also enter your Airside Driving information (driving license number and vehicle type) by toggling on the 'Will the candidate be driving airside?' question.

You cannot update your own name or Airport ID. However if you need either of these to be changed please email help@airdat.org and a member of our Support Team will be able to make those amendments for you. Don't forget to save any changes you make.

Removing Ts&Cs will delete your account.


Credentials

The 'Credentials' section is where you can update your password. Here, you can also turn on two factor authentication. This enables you to get a code sent to your phone each time you log in for extra security. A download of the 'Google Authenticator' is required for this feature. Don't forget to save any changes you make.

Two factor authentication is another layer of security for your account, helping to keep it secure. When logging in to Passport, you will be required to enter a code sent to your phone on the Google Authenticator app. You can download the Google Authenticator on Google Play or the App store.


Profile picture

Here you can upload your new profile picture from the webcam or uploading a picture from your device. This is a requirement for booking onto an Airside Driving course. Don't forget to save any changes you make.


Employer

The ‘Employer’ section shows your company and managers. You can request a company change here by clicking ‘Request transfer’

Enter the name of the company you wish to transfer too and your new email address and phone number, if required. Then click 'Request transfer'.

You can always go back into this section and cancel the transfer request if you have made a mistake. If not, please save the changes.


Communications

The communications section is where you can select which emails you'd like to receive from AIRDAT. Standard access users will only see one option to enable or disable, if you are a company administrator you will have more. Don't forget to save any changes you make.

History

This section will guide you through how to view the 'history' information on your own profile.

Firstly, once logged into Passport, on your dashboard, go to your 'User name' and then select 'View profile'.

Next, select 'History' and you will be able to view your own history within your company.

The filter is also very useful, when trying to narrow down your search.

After clicking on 'Filter', you will be able to filter to a range of different options.
