A user's privacy is important to AIRDAT. By increasing a person's access rights, it is important that they understand their responsibilities as a data controller for their company.
We would like to take the time to remind you, it is your responsibility to ensure a user's personal data is:
Processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
Collected only for the specific and legitimate purposes relevant and limited to the services provided within AIRDAT.
Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. Any inaccuracies must be fixed or removed without undue delay.
Stored for only as long as necessary.
Secured at all times, using your secured login details. You must not share your login details with anyone.
If you no longer require these access permissions, please contact us at help@airdat.org.
The Assessor role
1
The Assessor role is where you can assign users the permission to manage certain courses for a company. See above 'How to apply permissions to a user profile' and search for the Assessor role. You can then create permissions for this role by selecting 'Manage role'.
2
Firstly you will need to select the training company. Once selected you can add and choose which assessments they need to administer. You can also edit, clone and delete from the users current permissions.
3
If you have another user who already has the Assessor permissions and you'd like to clone these over to a new profile, you can do this by clicking 'Clone' entering the Airport ID of the persons permissions you'd like to clone and then 'Clone permissions'. Don't forget to save your changes.
If you would like the ability to print / generate permits or certificates and you no longer have this permission. Please email help@airdat.org with the details of courses / assessments you need this for.
To generate a permit as an Assessor select 'people' and then 'View' next to the person's name, you will then be able to view their qualifications.
10
Then select the blue 'Action' button next to the course name and you will then see an option to 'Generate Permit'.
Click on this and press 'Generate' again and a permit will then be generated ready to download and print.
