This section will guide you through requesting a profile transfer.
When an employee has changed companies, it is possible for the employee to request - via Passport - a transfer of their existing user profile from their previous employer's account to their new employer's account.

- Login to your Passport profile and click on your name in the top right and then 'View profile'.

- Click on 'Action' and 'Edit details'.

- Click on the 'Employer' tab and scroll down and click the 'Request transfer' button.

- Select the company you'd like to transfer to and make sure you email address and number are up to date. Then click 'Request transfer'.

- Your transfer request has now been made. An email has been sent to the Company Administrator from your new company to login and approve this. Click 'OK' and then 'Save'.

Request a transfer as a Company Administrator
This section will show you how to make a company transfer request for someone within your company.

- Login to your profile and click on 'People' on the left hand toolbar, search for the candidate who needs to transfer companies and click 'View'.

- Click 'Action' and 'Edit details'.

Click on the 'Employer' tab and scroll down and click the 'Request transfer' button.

- Search for the company the user needs to be transferred too. Make sure the email address and contact number is up to date and click on 'Request transfer'.

Your transfer request has now been made for this user. An email has been sent to the Company Administrator from your new company to login and approve this. Click 'OK' and then 'Save'.
