1

When booking an 'In-person' training course on 'Passport', click on the 'Add' widget in the bottom right of your screen and search for 'Trainer's calendar'.

Your training calendar will then appear in your dashboard.

You will then see an option at the bottom of your main dashboard to 'Sync my training schedule to my calendar'.

2

Next, you will be given two options; to either automatically set up a calendar sync by clicking 'Initialise calendar sync' or you can also set this up manually by copying the link in the screenshot below.

By selecting the automatic option, you will be given three options to add to either your 'Google, 'Apple' or 'Outlook' calendar.

4

You will then be taken straight to your calendar, where you will find an option to 'Add' this event.
