This section will guide you through launching a single test.

From the side toolbar, select 'Training' and then 'Test'.

Next, either scroll or search for the test you wish to administer. To run the test for just one candidate, click 'single test'.

Enter the Candidates airport ID then select 'login' to launch the test.

Launch a test - multiple
This section will guide you through launching multiple tests.
In order for this section to work, users need to be on the same network.

From the side toolbar, select 'Training' and then 'Test'.

Next, either scroll or search for the test you wish to administer. To run the test for multiple candidates, click 'Multi-test'.

A pop-up window will now appear with the instructions for the trainer to inform the candidates to navigate to a web address and enter in the multi-code.
Note: the code will expire within 5 minutes.

Finally, you should enter the 'code', your 'Airport ID' and then select 'login' to sit your test.

Change a test result
This section will guide you through how you can change a test result. To be able to change a test result, you will need to have been assigned as an Assessor.

Click 'Assessor Login' and enter the password of the Assessor who commenced this test.

Next, click 'Edit results', enter the amended test result and add notes then click 'Submit'.

Alternatively, an Assessor may amend an online test score from within the candidate's profile. To do so, navigate to the candidate's Qualifications tab.

In the Qualifications tab, find the relevant course and select the 'View' button next to the test result.

Now, the test result screen will appear. Select the blue button 'Update test information'.

The test score can be updated in the pop-up box and notes or documentation can be added. Click 'Submit' when done.
