This section will guide you through how to navigate through running a report on the applied number of credits.  To do this, you will need to be have access rights as an Airport or Points Administrator.


Firstly select the 'Credits' button in the vertical, left-hand menu.


You will then be taken through to the 'Account credits' section.  Next select 'Report'.


Finally, specify the date range of the report and search for a company or user. Then, select 'Generate report'.

A report will now be generated as an Excel document of credits usage within Passport and VISA over a selected time period.
