Linking Passport and Onboard Accounts

In this article, users with two accounts (one in 'Passport' and one in 'Onboard') will learn how they can log in to either system and easily switch to the other system when needed. This is known as ‘single sign-on’ via linked accounts.

Single sign-on makes it quicker for a user to access both AIRDAT systems with one login, saving them from having to log into each system separately every time.

Linking Passport and Onboard Accounts

This section will guide you through how to switch between both 'Passport' and 'Onboard' efficiently.

1

Linking a user’s 'Passport' and 'Onboard' accounts is easy to do from either system. Simply log in to one of the systems and click on the drop-down arrow next to the system name in the top-left corner of the page.

2

Next, choose the system you’d like to switch to from the drop-down menu.

Enter the email address and the password of the system you are linking to and then select 'link systems'.

Please note that if you are linking your 'Onboard' account to 'Passport' enter your Airport ID and password but if you are linking your 'Passport' account to 'Onboard' enter your email and then password.

Unlinking Passport and Onboard Accounts

This section will guide you through how you can unlink your 'Passport and 'Onboard' accounts.

1

It is also possible to unlink 'Passport' and 'Onboard' accounts from within either system. Simply click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the screen to ‘view profile’.

Then, select the blue 'action' tab and then ‘edit details’.

From the 'details' tab, scroll down and click ‘unlink accounts’ button.

A pop-up will now appear that you will need to click again which will say 'Unlink systems'. Once this has been clicked, you will be returned to the 'Passport' dashboard.

2

Alternatively, click on the drop-down arrow next to the system name in the top-left corner of the page and select 'unlink systems'.

A pop-up will now appear that you will need to click again which will say 'Unlink systems'. Once this has been clicked, you will be returned to the 'Passport' dashboard.
