This guide provides a step-by-step approach to efficiently contact AIRDAT support, ensuring that users can easily resolve their inquiries. Navigate to www.airdat.org

Click "Help" in the top right-hand corner.

Next, click "Get support".

You will now see this pop-up, saying 'Looking for support?'

You will now see the relevant contact details or alternatively click, "Click here for help".

You will now see a selection of help articles broken down into headings under the relevant systems. Simply scroll and select the article you wish to view.

Alternatively, click the "Ask a question..." field and type your question into the help box to narrow your search.

You will now be asked to fill in a short form. Please fill in all fields with as much information as possible and then click 'Send a message'.

Finally once you have sent your message, you will see the pop-up below which will show that the information is with us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
