Launch a Test and Change a Test Result

To do this you will need to ensure that you have 'Assessor' rights.

Navigate to www.airdat.org

Click here.

Click 'Passport'.

Next, click "Training".

Now select 'Test'.

You will now need to type into the search box for the test you would like to administer. Options will then appear below. Click 'Single Test'.

You will now be asked to enter your email address to login.

Test information will now appear, please read and then click 'Continue' and the test will launch.

In order for this section to work, users need to be on the same network.

Firstly, click "Training".

Next click "Test".

Type into the search box, the test you would like to administer and then click "Multi test".

A pop-up window will now appear with the instructions for the trainer to navigate to a web address and enter a code. Click on the link and follow the instructions.

Enter the code here along with your email address and click login and your test will launch.

To change a test result, assessors can search for the relevant candidate and amend this in their profile. To do this navigate to the candidate's Qualifications tab.

Now search for the relevant test and then select 'View' next to the test result.

Now the test result screen will appear. Click 'Update test information'.

The test score can now be updated in the pop-up box and notes/documentation can be added. Click submit when done.

The update to the test score will now show in the results. |
