Forgotten password/login problems - Passport

In order to reset your password/login details for the Passport training management system, please visit and click the blue 'Login or Register' button in the top-right corner of the screen. 

Once you have selected the relevant airport portal, opt to 'Login' to 'Passport' and click the link: 'Forgot password or airport ID? Click here to reset'.

If you select the option: 'Forgot password', you will be able to enter your airport ID (or AIRDAT ID) and you will receive further instructions via a 'Notifier' email to access your profile.

If you do not know your airport ID (or AIRDAT ID) please check your Inbox, as IDs are issued in a Welcome email when your details are first registered on the Passport training management system. Alternatively, select the option: 'Forgot Airport ID' and enter your email address to reset your login details. 

Once you have gained access to your account, it is important that you check your details to ensure your information is up to date and amend any fields as necessary.
