Introduction to Passport for a Company Admin
In this article, we will show you how to navigate Passport as a company administrator. Guidance will be given and related links for how to customise and navigate the dashboard, manage company and staff, manage training and reporting and get support where necessary.

When you first login to Passport, the first thing you will see is the company dashboard, which provides an overview of your employees, their qualification status and points issued.

The dashboard provides an overview of your employees, their qualification status and points issued. On the left hand toolbar, you will see tabs which will take you directly to the relevant sections.

As a company administrator, navigate to the right hand-side, click into your user profile and then select 'View profile'. From here, select 'Action' and then 'Edit details'.

From here, options will include 'details', 'credentials', 'profile picture', 'employer' and 'communications'. Please see this article for more detailed help on Manage People

Custom dashboards allow company administrators to manage company and employee data, training and important notifications in one place.

The dashboard also alerts you to action items, expiring qualifications and training, enrolments and documentation.

There is also 'add dashboard', where you can personalise the custom dashboard. Click 'Add dashboard' and you will then be able to edit the dashboard.

Once complete click the 'Add' button.

By using the 'search for a widget' and 'filter' you will be able to navigate to the relevant widget and this will then be added to your 'dashboard'.

Custom Dashboards
This section will guide you through some of the basics of your custom dashboard. The dashboard is a configurable space, allowing you to manage and monitor important information depending on your role at the airport. Manage Company and Staff
This section will guide you through how to manage company and staff within your company.

On the left of the page, is the navigation panel. To view your employees information, click 'People'. You can either search for a specific user or use 'filter' function to limit your search.

To view a users profile, click 'View'. From here, select 'Action' and you can see your employees contact information, enrolments, qualifications, points and any notes on the profile. As a company administrator, you may edit a employees contact information, change their password or update their profile picture.

Manage Training
This section will guide you through a brief overview of how you will be able to book employees onto courses.

As a company administrator, you may also book your employees onto a course. Firstly select 'Training', then 'Booking' and then click 'Who you would like to make the enrolment for'.

Either search for a specific course or use the ‘filter function’ to limit your search and then select 'Continue,

Next pick the time and date of the course that you have selected.

You also now have the option to add other employers to the course booking.

Finally you can review the course booking, make your payment and an email notification will be sent to both yourself and your employee.

You can now view and manage this booking for your employee from your Company Dashboard by scrolling down to 'My enrolments'. From here, also you are able to do things like: Editing contact details, editing invoicing details and edit user permissions. It is important to save any changes as you go.

You will also be able to add this booking then to your dashboard.

Reporting
This section will guide you through the reports area.

The final item on the navigation pane is ‘Reports’. From here you are able to generate a report on certain assessment qualifications or based on a job role.

By selecting 'Reports', you will now be given options to view 'Penalties or 'Skills'. By selecting 'penalties' you will now be able to view an analysis in graph format and once you have selected your 'report type', by selecting 'Generate report', you will be able to view this in more detail.

If you now proceed to the Report tab, you will be able to produce a report of penalties or credits issued over time. Reports can be generated on screen or in Excel format.

By selecting 'Skills', you can also select the type of report that you would like to generate.

The final item is ‘Support’. From the dashboard, you will see the 'support' tab, where you will find more specific and detailed supporting articles if required.

By clicking 'Support', you will be given the option of 'Get support' or copying a 'Support code'. You will then be able to type in your question and click on the link to gain further support.
